For small cakes, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance. For large or themed cakes, it is recommended to order at least two weeks in advance, or sometimes more depending on the complexity.

No, we do not use eggs, gelatin, or alcohol in any of our cakes.

Yes, all cakes are made fresh upon order. We do not use preservatives, and everything is made from scratch in a clean environment.

During Ordering

Prices are customized based on the design, flavor, filling, and size of the cake. Once you inform us of your needs, we will provide a quote. Please note that our quotes are final, and no bargaining is allowed. If additional customizations are requested, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

You can provide pictures for inspiration, but please understand that due to differences in techniques and materials (such as whipped cream vs. buttercream or fondant), the cake will be similar but not an exact replica. We aim to make a beautiful and unique cake inspired by your vision.

After receiving your quote, you can confirm your order by providing your preferred pickup time. We will require you to text us the previous day to confirm the exact time you'll be picking up the cake.

For small cakes, cancellations can be made up to two days before the scheduled pickup. For larger cakes, cancellations must be made 6 to 8 days in advance. Please contact us to discuss cancellation policies for larger custom orders.

No, pictures are not provided before pickup.

After Ordering

Keep the cake flat during transport, ideally placing it on the car floor. The cake should be kept in a cool environment at all times. If you're driving, avoid unnecessary stops, like for gas or catering pickups. Ensure the car is air-conditioned and avoid leaving the cake in a non-air-conditioned car.

Yes, all cakes must be kept refrigerated, especially if you are not cutting the cake within 30 minutes of arrival at your destination.

Fondant toppers are edible, but if it’s not, then remove it. Also, remove wooden sticks or toothpicks used to support the cake before serving it.

If you are going to be more than 15 to 20 minutes late without prior notice, there will be a late fee charged. If you inform us of your delay in advance, we can make alternate arrangements.

Cakes should be refrigerated. Depending on the type of cake and filling, some cakes can be stored for 2-3 days in the fridge. For best quality, keep the cake in an airtight container to retain moisture.

Due to differences in materials, products, and artistic techniques, the cake may differ in color or detail from the picture provided. However, we strive to create a beautiful, customized cake that will meet your expectations based on the inspiration you provide.

You must follow the provided instructions for transporting and storing the cake. Once the cake is picked up, any issues caused by not following the instructions are not our responsibility.

Candles are complimentary but subject to availability. If certain numbers are unavailable, we may not be able to provide them.
